Social Work: We play a critical role in delivering effective mental health support while addressing broader social needs like helping vulnerable people in crisis, navigating complicated systems (Centrelink, housing etc), referring to appropriate services and advocating for client's legal rights.

Psychological Therapies: Skilled in delivering evidence-based psychological therapies, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation. We help individuals in a trauma-informed way to manage and overcome mental health issues, emotional & relationship difficulties, and challenging behaviours. We are trained therapists helping you explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a structured way, providing tools and strategies to improve mental well-being, functioning, recovery and resilience.

Clinical Supervision: External clinical supervision, coaching and mentorship to social workers and NDIS staff fostering professional growth, ethical practice, and high-quality service delivery. This is a professional support process designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and well-being of practitioners, particularly in fields like social work, psychology, and healthcare. The supervisee can critically reflect on their practice, explore ethical dilemmas, discuss challenges, and receive professional guidance and feedback. 

Support is available through face-to-face, telehealth & home visits.
