External Clinical Supervision: External clinical supervision to social workers and NDIS staff fostering professional growth, ethical practice, and high-quality service delivery. This is a professional support process designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and well-being of practitioners, particularly in fields like social work, psychology, and healthcare. Supervisees can critically reflect on their practice, explore ethical dilemmas, discuss challenges, and receive professional guidance and feedback.
